Fluke 2271A Industrial Pressure Calibrator

Everything you need to calibrate and test pressure transmitters and gauges from very low pressure to 3000 psi (20 MPa), all in one box

The Fluke Calibration 2271A Industrial Pressure Calibrator provides a complete, automated pressure testing solution for calibrating a wide variety of pressure gauges and sensors. Thanks to its modular design, it can be configured to meet different needs and budgets, and expanded to cover a broad workload.

The 2271A is compatible with modules at two different accuracy classes, to provide maximum flexibility in workload and budget.  The PM200 modules provide 0.02% FS for most ranges (see specification tab for details).  The PM500 modules provide 0.01% Reading, allowing the 2271A to be used to test or calibrate higher accuracy transmitters and digital gauges.

The 2271A is ideal for calibration laboratories starting out in pressure calibration because it offers wide pressure measurement capabilities in a single instrument. Everything you need for calibrating pressure is included; just connect supply pressure. And your investment will stand the test of time: as your workload grows and changes, the 2271A can grow and change too. Just add measurement modules.

The 2271A automated pressure testing solution is also a great fit for labs that currently calibrate pressure transmitters and gauges and want to expand their capabilities or make their processes more efficient. This instrument is easy to set up and use, so you don’t have to reserve it for your most experienced technicians.  The built in electrical measurement and programmable tasks provide full automation, helping your lab run more efficiently.

If you are concerned about contamination from workload coming in from the field, the 2271A is a good choice for you as well. Its optional Contamination Prevention System (CPS) provides an important safeguard against that pervasive hazard.

A graphical user interface in your choice of ten languages and an intuitive menu structure, as well as an intuitive hardware design, make the 2271A remarkably easy to learn and to use.

Fluke 700HPPK Pneumatic Test Pump Kit

Generate 21 MPa (3000 psi) easily in the field, without liquid contamination or the hazard of a pressurized gas cylinder

The Fluke Calibration 700HPPK Pneumatic Test Pump Kit generates and adjusts pneumatic pressures up to 21 MPa (3000 psi), without requiring a nitrogen bottle or other external pressure supply. It supplies pressure to devices under test (DUTs) that include transmitters, controllers, pilots, digital and analog gauges, and more. It’s the perfect solution for generating high pressure in the field, where conditions and operating surfaces can vary.

The 700HPPK is the ideal choice for calibration technicians, test engineers, and instrument technicians working in industries like natural gas transmission and distribution, process, aerospace and defense, who need a simple-to-use, safe and portable pressure source that they can depend on in a wide variety of conditions.

The 700HPPK contains both a calibration manifold and high pressure pump to generate and finely adjust pressures . A second model, the 700HPP, is available for people who only prefer a high pressure source.

Use the 700HPPK Test Pump Kits with 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges » or 700G Precision Pressure Gauges » for a complete pressure calibration solution.

Fluke 8270A Modular High-Pressure Controllers / Calibrators

Widest workload coverage in an automated high-pressure controller

The 8270A and 8370A are automated pneumatic high-pressure controllers that calibrate a wide workload of pressure sensors, covering twice the pressure ranges at twice the speed of other high-pressure controllers.  Two models let you balance price and performance:
  • The 8270A measures and controls pressures from vacuum to 44 MPa (6400 psi).  It can be configured with ranges as low as 100 kPa (15 psi).
  • The 8370A measures and controls pressures from atmosphere to 107 MPa (15 500 psi).  It can be configured with ranges as low as 700 kPa (100 psi).
Fluke Calibration’s unique control technology enables you to use these calibrators at low or high pressures, all in the same instrument. Control precision is 0.002% of active range.
Expand workload coverage to both gas and liquid filled devices by using the optional Contamination Prevention System (CPS).
