Before placing an order payment must be made in full. Credit terms are not provided and once the payment of the good  is processed cancellation is not permitted.

Any claim for Goods received which are defective, damaged, incorrect, missing parts or similar must be made within x days of delivery.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind or wrong orders and all other refunds, including any requests for credit, are made in the sole discretion of TriplePoint Calibrations.


The moment customer places the order, TriplePoint Calibrations will arrange packing and delivery of the Goods to the Customer. If customers takes different route i.e. channels a third party subcontractor for the delivery, TriplePoint calibrations is not responsible for any consequential loss or of the goods to the customer and the third party contractor. This directly lies in the responsibility of the customer to arrange insurance of the goods.

If  any defect is to be found in the Goods upon delivery TriplePoint Calibrations must be notified by the Customer within 48 hours of delivery otherwise the Goods will be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition and in full compliance with these Terms.

Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with the courier company directly and we are not responsible for Goods that are damaged in transit or not received. We recommend you organise your own insurance for delivery and shipment of any Goods purchased.


Our products come with accordance to the Australian Consumer Law. They come with  manufacturer warranties to the original owner against defects. Goods are used for the purpose intended under normal conditions and do not apply to damages caused by wear and tear over time, improper care, accident, modification, negligence or alterations and any form of misuse.Please contact us if you are uncertain at any time regarding what may be covered under your warranty.
